FAQs
Are Pinion watches made in the UK?
Yes. Every Pinion watch is designed, assembled, regulated and tested in England by founder Piers Berry, combining Swiss precision with British craftsmanship.
Most key components, such as movements, cases and dials are manufactured in Switzerland and Germany, with a small number of specialised parts sourced from trusted international suppliers. This global approach ensures each watch meets the highest standards of quality before final assembly in the UK.
What movements do Pinion watches use?
Pinion watches use proven Swiss automatic movements from Sellita and ETA (including Valjoux) chosen for their reliability, accuracy and ease of service.

A curated selection of Pinion watches is also available to view and purchase in person at The Workers Club (TWC) store, located at 58 Chiltern Street, Marylebone, London, W1U 7QZ — a destination known for showcasing exceptional independent British brands.
Do you offer bespoke watches?
Yes. Pinion designs and produces bespoke watches for private clients, military units, and organisations.
These projects are created to unique specifications, typically with a minimum order of 25 watches, allowing for exclusive designs that reflect the identity of each group.
What makes Pinion different from other british brands?
What sets Pinion apart is that the designer of the watch is also the person who builds it.
Every Pinion watch is designed, assembled, regulated, and tested by founder Piers Berry, ensuring a direct connection between design and craftsmanship from the first sketch to the finished piece.
It’s a rare approach as only a handful of people in the UK both design and hand-build their own watches, and it’s what gives each Pinion its unique character and authenticity.
